Access Module - System Administration

The module is responsible for managing access to the entire Cloud Collector platform and its individual modules. It allows administrators to create and edit user accounts and assign roles and detailed permissions for specific modules and operations. It also supports password management, account deactivation and deletion, role assignment, and depot assignment.

The system supports two-factor authentication (2FA), which can be either optional or mandatory for selected roles. A login event log is also available, containing information about successful and failed login attempts, IP addresses, and event timestamps.

Transport Module – Timetable Management, Fleet Management and Departure Forecasting (TRA)

The main purpose of the module is to integrate Cloud Collector with external timetable systems and to handle the data used to create, distribute, and publish timetables. The module integrates with systems including BusMan (MS SQL), DPK System (TxC), as well as data provided in the GTFS format.

The system supports timetable data import, configuration, synchronization, verification, reporting, and distribution to other applications and services. It also enables the reception of real-time data from external systems, including vehicle location information and telematics data, such as data obtained from the CAN bus.

The module covers the management of map layers, stops and stop groups, streets, municipalities, zones, fare structures, connections, calendars, vehicles, and lines. It also enables users to review and verify timetables and compare theoretical and actual travel charges, including calculations based on actual vehicle stops at bus stops and stations.

Operational data, including vehicle and driver assignments and task updates, can be managed through the Dispatcher Report or updated based on information received from other systems, such as external dispatching platforms.

The module provides data to other solutions through a REST API in JSON format, covering both static and dynamic information. It also supports the generation and publication of data in the GTFS and GTFS Realtime (GTFS-RT) standards, used by services such as Google Transit.

Ticket Inspection Module (CTR)

The module is designed for comprehensive organization and management of ticket inspections and for collecting data transmitted by the ticket inspection application.
It allows users to create and manage inspector accounts, define inspection teams and shifts, aggregate inspection data, and generate reports. It includes management of inspectors and devices, online GPS monitoring, and position/event history, making it possible to track the location of active inspectors and review historical inspection routes and activities. The system also allows inspection polygons to be defined on the map and later used for statistics and reporting.

The module includes an assignment calendar for creating shifts, assigning inspectors and working hours, and maintaining a history of changes. Its extensive reporting functionality includes:

  • daily reports,
  • event reports,
  • payment notice/inspection reports,

Transport Service Quality Control Module

The module is designed to support transport authorities in supervising the condition of stop and transport infrastructure and managing inspections carried out, among other methods, using a dedicated mobile application. It allows users to define objects associated with transport hubs, stops, and vehicles, manage their equipment, and handle reports and inspection results.

Users can define custom parameters and object types, assign attributes globally or individually, and create hierarchical relationships between objects. The module supports inspections covering areas such as punctuality, temperature, cleanliness, infrastructure, and equipment, as well as the definition of report categories, report types, and inspection templates.

A separate mechanism supports the management of bus stop shelter cleaning, including work orders, reports, and completion status tracking. The module also allows administrators to manage accounts of users accessing the mobile application and generate detailed CSV reports.

Ticket Sales / Transaction Module (SLL)

The central ticket sales and distribution module (also referred to as the eTicket Warehouse) is responsible for comprehensive management of fare offerings, sales, passengers, and ticket media. It enables the definition of ticket types, fares, sellers, and sales channels, while maintaining a complete transaction history with information about purchased products, ticket media, transaction status, amount, vehicle, and sales channel.

The module supports the creation and versioning of fare structures and the definition of products based on passenger profiles, fare zones, prices, VAT rates, and available sales channels. It also supports sales restrictions and blocks activated as part of the ticket inspection process.

  • ticket validators, including the NV1 validator (link to product), produced in cooperation with PIXEL, as well as integrations with ticket sales devices supplied by Mera Systemy,
  • ticket vending machines,
  • mobile applications, including integrations with all major external mobile ticket sales applications such as:
  • passenger portals,
  • Park and Ride (P+R) facilities, where obtaining a parking ticket upon entry may also entitle the driver and accompanying passengers to use public transport, as in the case of Kraków.

The system maintains a passenger database and supports, among other functions, the merging of duplicate accounts and anonymization of passenger data. It handles various ticket media, including blocking, transaction history, passenger assignment, media types, entitlements and fare concessions, as well as the process of printing physical city cards. The module also supports applications for the issuance of city or passenger cards and applications for fare concessions, together with the processes of verification, approval, and rejection.

Sales may involve tickets intended for later activation or validation, as well as tickets for which purchase and activation take place simultaneously.

The module also enables the creation of travel vouchers valid for any predefined period, for example during a two-day sporting event, or for a specified duration counted from the moment of activation, such as three days. Once activated, the voucher is converted into a 2D code that the passenger presents during ticket inspection.

The largest production deployment of the Ticket Sales Module (SLL) is currently in operation at the Public Transport Authority in Kraków.

Below, we present sales statistics for 2025, illustrating the scale of the system’s use by Kraków’s Public Transport Authority.

Passenger Portal Module

The module serves as the administrative back office for the passenger portal and mobile application deployed in Grudziądz. Its purpose is to manage user accounts and the content published on both the portal and the dedicated mobile application. The documentation distinguishes three main sections: Users, Data, and Settings.

Administrators can review passenger accounts and the media assigned to them, delete accounts, and manage payment card tokens and QR identifiers. The system also supports the tokenization and assignment of media to user accounts.

The Data section provides access to user transactions, applications, and articles/news. Applications can be filtered and exported to XLSX, while articles can be created, edited, and then synchronized with the portal.

The module also enables administrators to define sellers displayed in purchase history, edit terms and conditions and other portal content, as well as manage email messages and PDF documents sent to users.

Passenger Service Point Module (POP/POK)

This module is designed for direct ticket sales and refunds at stationary passenger service points. It enables the sale of tickets to a payment card token, physical city card, or passenger profile/QR code. The sales process includes selecting the ticket category and type, configuring the ticket, choosing the ticket medium, and registering the transaction. The medium can be read automatically using a terminal or card reader, or selected manually.

Once the sale is completed, a confirmation is generated. In the case of a QR ticket, a code is also generated for presentation during ticket inspection. The module supports an equivalent ticket refund process. In the settings, users can select the terminal or reader used for automatic reading of cards and tokens.

WindyFlow Debt Collection Module

The module is developed in cooperation with AK Collection sp. z o.o., a company specializing in professional debt servicing and recovery.

The system is designed to integrate with ticket inspection terminals, allowing all issued payment notices to be registered in real time.

It provides full control over and management of the debt collection process at every stage, from amicable recovery through to court enforcement and bailiff proceedings.

At each stage, the system supports users with intuitive interfaces and a wide range of automated processes that significantly simplify and accelerate day-to-day work.

The solution is intended not only for public transport authorities that carry out debt collection activities internally, but also for authorities that outsource recovery processes to external law firms, as well as for paid parking zone operators and owners of private car parks. When an external law firm uses the system to handle recovery activities, the transport authority can maintain full oversight of the actions carried out on its behalf.

Driver Examination Module

The module enables transport authorities and operators to manage resources related to driver penalties and certification, as well as vehicle and equipment certification. The driver certification process includes an examination mechanism with support for randomized question selection. The tool is divided into the following areas: Drivers, Vehicles, Certification, and Other.

Driver records include, among other information, personal and contact details, certification status and validity period, access to the examination module, examination history, information on complaints and penalties, notes from the transport authority, assigned operators, and additional data. The vehicle database includes basic and technical information, equipment, certification status, and a defect register.

The module allows users to create and configure examinations by defining their subject scope, number of questions and attempts, duration, and required passing score. It also supports the creation and ongoing development of the examination question database. Results of examinations conducted in paper form can be entered into the system together with a scanned copy of the document.

An important element of the solution is the Waiting Room, where the Transport Authority can review, approve, or reject changes submitted by Operators, including changes related to drivers, vehicles, certifications, and the examination question database.

Once access is configured appropriately, the module can be made available directly to drivers, allowing the certification process to be carried out remotely, without requiring Operator staff to supervise the examination itself.

The driver-facing section includes three main areas: user information, certification, and education. Drivers can check their current certification status, its validity period, and any penalties imposed, as well as submit requests to update the data stored in their account.

The certification section provides access to examinations assigned by the Transport Authority or Operator. Examination results may affect the driver’s entitlements and the validity period of their certification.

The education section provides access to a question database divided into thematic areas, as well as practice examinations, allowing drivers to prepare for the formal certification process.

Central Ticketing Device Management System - MTM

MTM (Mobile Ticket Machines) is a central system designed for the management, monitoring, and remote operation of ticket validators and ticket vending machines operating in public transport vehicles. The platform brings together technical monitoring, device configuration, sales, fare management, servicing, and content management within a single environment.

The system provides real-time visibility into device locations and statuses, together with information about the vehicle, line, direction of travel, and current position. For each device, it displays information such as communication status, time of the last connection, software version, faults and restrictions, and the status of selected components.

Monitoring may include the power supply, batteries, temperature, printers, paper level, LED indicators, and unattended EMV payment terminals.

MTM enables remote management of individual devices or entire device groups, including:

  • software and configuration updates,
  • verification of correct distribution of new versions,
  • enabling and disabling ticket sales,
  • defining free travel days,
  • restarting devices and selected components,
  • remote screen preview,
  • downloading logs and analyzing event and operation history.

The system also enables centralized management of the ticketing offer, including products, fare structures, passenger profiles, zones, prices, and VAT rates. Changes are prepared centrally and then distributed to the appropriate devices.

MTM supports searching and analyzing transactions by parameters such as vehicle, device, line, ticket type, payment method, and status. For each individual sale, detailed information is available about the purchased products, payment process, device, and the successive steps performed by the passenger. The system can also display the location of the transaction on a map.

In projects using fiscalization, such as validators deployed in Wolsztyn, the system generates a receipt or VAT receipt when a transaction is successfully completed. The passenger can then download the document in PDF format after scanning a 2D code displayed on the device.

The platform also supports service operations by allowing service technicians and their permissions to be defined, completed activities to be recorded, device operation history to be analyzed, and diagnostic logs to be downloaded.

MTM can also be used to manage content displayed on validator and ticket vending machine screens, including images, video materials, and HTML content. Materials can be assigned to specific devices, groups, time periods, days of the week, or geographical areas.

Access to system functions is controlled through user accounts, roles, and assigned device groups. The system also provides reporting and data filtering mechanisms, as well as export of reports to CSV and PDF formats.

MTM enables centralized management of a distributed fleet of ticketing devices, from configuration and sales through technical monitoring to diagnostics and servicing.

The software is a module of the Cloud Collector Data Warehouse and, depending on the configuration, can integrate with the BEESSET eTicket Warehouse. This allows data from onboard devices to be combined with information from other sales channels and analyzed within a single, consistent environment.
