Bielsko-Biała is one of the cities where, over the past few years, we have had the opportunity to participate in a number of projects related to the digital transformation of public transport. Working under various cooperation models and subcontracting arrangements, we have delivered solutions including passenger information systems, such as the www.rozklady.bielsko.pl portal, components of Pixel’s CeSIP fleet management system, as well as ticketing solutions and ticket inspection tools.

Another element of this environment is Cloud Collector – a central ticketing data warehouse that integrates information from various sales channels and systems. Looking back, it is particularly clear how the individual components – passenger information, fleet management, ticket sales, ticket inspection, and central systems – are increasingly coming together to form a single, cohesive ecosystem supporting the day-to-day operation of public transport.

We are very pleased that Beesset can be part of MZK Bielsko-Biała’s transformation and that the solutions we have had the opportunity to work on are becoming part of a broader, consistently developed system.
