New ticketing system in Wolsztyn powered by Beesset software
In March 2026, as part of our cooperation with Pixel, we launched a ticketing solution operating on buses of Wolsztyńska Komunikacja Gminna. Beesset was responsible for the software running on NV1 validators and ticket inspection devices.
NV1 validators allow passengers to purchase a ticket directly on the bus and pay by payment card or smartphone – without the need to install an additional app or find a sales point in advance.
More information about the NV1 device: kasownik.info
When purchasing a ticket from the validator, the device does not print a traditional paper ticket. Instead, the payment card or smartphone used for the transaction becomes the ticket identifier.
During ticket inspection, the passenger presents the same payment method to the inspection device. The system verifies whether a valid ticket has been registered for the given card or phone and confirms the passenger’s entitlement to travel. As a result, both ticket purchase and subsequent inspection can be handled entirely digitally.
✅ One of the features of the implemented solution is the option to choose between a standard receipt and a receipt including a Polish Tax Identification Number (NIP).
After entering the NIP number, the system automatically verifies its validity using data from Statistics Poland (GUS) and displays the company name, allowing the passenger to confirm the correct entity before completing the transaction.
After the purchase, a 2D code is also displayed on the validator screen. Scanning the code allows the passenger to download the receipt directly to their phone.
The entire purchase, payment and fiscal receipt process is available in all language versions supported by the NV1 validator.
We have prepared a series of six short videos presenting the entire process from the passenger’s perspective – from ticket selection and payment, through entering the NIP number, to downloading the receipt.

The Wolsztyn deployment is another project delivered jointly by Beesset and Pixel, combining onboard device software, payment processing, fiscalisation and ticket inspection within a single integrated system.
