At Beesset, in addition to delivering dynamic passenger information systems and electronic ticketing solutions, we also develop solutions for Intelligent Transport Systems. A clear example of such an implementation is the ITS Tychy project delivered by Yunex Traffic (formerly Siemens Mobility).

Our scope of work in the Tychy project includes, among other things, the delivery of:

🟩 a Resident Portal 🧍💻‍🧍‍♂️ providing access to up-to-date information on traffic diversions through our proprietary CMS, traffic intensity data with free email and SMS subscriptions, public transport timetables and journey planning using both public transport and the city bike system, including information on travel costs, as well as real-time occupancy data for paid parking zones,

🟩 a parking entitlement enforcement subsystem for the Paid Parking Zone, including a mobile application 📱 for inspectors and the integrated BeePark back-office system. Using the ESB Integration Bus, the solution enables verification of a vehicle’s parking entitlement based on active subscriptions and payments made both via the SkyCash application and through parking meters operating within the ŚKUP system.

The system also provides the ability to verify vehicle owner data through integration with CEPiK, as well as to update the status of issued payment notices based on information from the relevant bank account.

We will share more details about the solution in future posts 🙂 This time, we are sharing a video demonstrating one of the first versions of our 📱 BeePark mobile inspection application for the Paid Parking Zone.
