Should a ticket inspection device 📱 and the mobile application installed on it be able to verify tickets 🎫 purchased through all sales channels available from a given Public Transport Authority 🚌🚎, including external mobile applications❓

There is only one answer to that question 😊 of course, YES! ❗️👍

Unfortunately, in practice this is often not the case, due among other things to the lack of a comprehensive solution, including sales centralisation, as well as integration issues with external systems.

The solution we implemented for ZTP Kraków and MZK Bielsko-Biała makes it possible to verify tickets sold through different sales channels, including external ones, in a single device!

🟢 In Bielsko-Biała, these include: the passenger portal https://bilety.mzk.bielsko.pl/, ticket validators, and three external mobile applications: SkyCash, mPay and moBiLET.

🟢 In Kraków, these include five external mobile applications: jakdojade.pl, moBiLET, SkyCash, mPay and zbiletem.pl.
