As part of a project carried out jointly with Pixel, Beesset acted as a subcontractor responsible for adapting and further developing the onboard device software to meet the requirements of MPK Krak\u00f3w and the Public Transport Authority.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"412\" data-end=\"624\">Our work focused primarily on preparing a new GUI version for the ticket validators, as well as developing the logic for handling different types of media and tickets used within Krak\u00f3w\u2019s public transport system.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"626\" data-end=\"672\">The validator software supports, among others:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"674\" data-end=\"771\">\u2705 traditional paper tickets,<br data-start=\"702\" data-end=\"705\" \/>\u2705 Krak\u00f3w City Card (KKM),<br data-start=\"730\" data-end=\"733\" \/>\u2705 Ma\u0142opolska Agglomeration Card (MKA).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"773\" data-end=\"1060\">The validators installed in the new vehicles communicate with the Trapeze onboard computer system, now Ebblo, via an API implemented by us. This allows the devices to receive the information required from the onboard system to correctly handle ticketing processes and passenger services.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1062\" data-end=\"1148\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">An example of how the validator works with the latest GUI is shown in the video below:<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"GUI kasownika NV1 w Krakowie \/ NV1 Validator GUI in Krakow, PL\" width=\"203\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/vxlOa0_vhuA?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The scope of our work was not limited to the ticketing system.
