Developed in cooperation with Miejski Zak\u0142ad Komunikacyjny w Bielsku-Bia\u0142ej Sp. z o.o.<\/strong>, Mera Systemy<\/strong> and APDU<\/strong>, the portal offers, among other features:<\/p>\n \ud83d\udd39 A simple 5-step wizard for purchasing public transport tickets \ud83c\udfab,<\/p>\n \ud83d\udd39 The option to assign a ticket to a contactless payment card \ud83d\udcb3\ud83d\udcf1\u231a\ufe0f or store it in a QR code,<\/p>\n \ud83d\udd39 The service interface available in 4 languages \u2013 Polish \ud83c\uddf5\ud83c\uddf1, English \ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\uddf8, Ukrainian \ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\udde6 and German \ud83c\udde9\ud83c\uddea \u2013 including email notifications,<\/p>\n \ud83d\udd39 The ability to submit requests, including invoice requests and complaints,<\/p>\n \ud83d\udd39 An automatic refund option for tickets whose validity period has not yet started,<\/p>\n \ud83d\udd39 Integration with APDU\u2019s tokenisation gateway,<\/p>\n \ud83d\udd39 Integration with Przelewy24 online payments,<\/p>\n \ud83d\udd39 The ability to assign multiple QR code profiles and payment card tokens used as ticket identifiers to a single portal account,<\/p>\n \ud83d\udd39 Transaction and ticket purchase data from the e-shop is transferred to the central Cloud Collector (CC)<\/strong> system and to ticket inspection devices,<\/p>\n \ud83d\udd39 After the New Year, the portal will also display card transactions made at validators to be installed in MZK vehicles.<\/p>\n 2\ufe0f\u20e3\ud83d\udfe2 The second development, directly related to the launch of the e-shop, was the integration and activation \u2013 in cooperation with the respective providers \u2013 of three mobile public transport ticketing applications: mPay, moBiLET and SkyCash<\/strong>. This made it possible to centralise public transport ticket sales \ud83c\udfab in Bielsko-Bia\u0142a.<\/p>\n For all long-term tickets purchased through these applications, passengers are required to provide details such as their first name, surname and date of birth. For short-term tickets \ud83c\udf9f, passengers are required to enter the vehicle fleet number \ud83d\ude8c.<\/p>\n For each successful transaction, the Cloud Collector<\/strong> central data warehouse sends a 2D code to the integrated applications, containing encrypted \ud83d\udd10 information about the purchased ticket \ud83c\udfab.<\/p>\n The solution was implemented using our Cloud Collector (CC)<\/strong> data warehouse. In addition to centralising sales, the system provides real-time access to all purchases, regardless of the sales channel or application provider.
